PERSONAL INFORMATION
Brian Rock is a career educator. He worked for over a decade as a social studies teacher at East Orange Campus High School. He currently works for the New Jersey Education Association, providing training and support to educators in Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. Brian is a product of New Jersey's public schools - attending K-12 schools in Edison and completing his undergraduate and graduate studies at Rutgers University in New Brunswick. He and his wife, Marie, live in the St. Cloud section along with their three children - Andree, Jouvens, and Desiree. They chose to move to West Orange when Andree was in high school, and they are very grateful for all of the opportunities available to her at West Orange High School. Rock is an avid runner, and he enjoys exploring the trails in the South Mountain Reservation with his dog, Artemis. He serves on the New Jersey School Boards, Legislative, and Township Liaison Committees.
