Dr. Scott Cascone is an educational leader with more than two decades of experience as a teacher, athletic coach, building, and central office administrator. He possesses various instructional certifications, Spanish fluency, and tenures in private, public and international education in elementary, middle, secondary, and K-12 contexts, and is a proven leader in diverse educational settings and capacities. In addition to serving in “line” positions as a principal and assistant principal, he has designed and conducted extensive district staff development in the areas of instructional design, assessment, English Language Learners, professional learning communities, and teacher observation and evaluation. Dr. Cascone has extensive experiences with federal and state audits and programs including the Civil Rights Data Collection, NJQSAC, NJSMID and NCLB grants providing in depth knowledge of the domains of personnel and school governance.
