    Final Energy Audit Report for the West Orange Board of Education
    As part of an initiative to reduce energy cost and consumption, West Orange Board of Education has secured the services of CDM Smith to perform an energy audit for 13 facilities which are owned and operated by the Board in an effort to develop comprehensive Energy Conservation and Retrofit Measures (ECRMs).

    Energy Savings Improvement Plan Request for Proposal (RFP)
    The West Orange Public Schools will be seeking Requests for Proposals ("RFP") from Energy Services Companies ("ESCOs") to develop and to develop a preliminary Energy Savings Plan (“ESP”) that can be implemented through a customized Energy Savings Improvement Program ("ESIP").
