WEST ORANGE, NJ - Roosevelt Middle School will present their annual spring musical, Beetlejuice Jr., from April 24-26 in performances beginning at 7:00 pm. Roosevelt Middle School is located at 36 Gilbert Place.

The iconic 1984 film was adapted for Broadway in 2018, and Beetlejuice Jr. follows the musical version. Still grieving the loss of her mother, teen Lydia Deetz is obsessed with death. She moves into a new home haunted by its former occupants, and Beetlejuice, a wacky demon with an acerbic wit and a tendency to wreak havoc. It turns out Lydia can see ghosts, and she recruits Beetlejuice to banish all the humans annoying her at home. Unfortunately, Beetlejuice has some plans of his own, unleashing chaos and pandemonium in the process.

Presented by the RMS Drama Club, Intermission will feature refreshments, snacks, roses for purchase for the cast and crew, and special merchandise. Support directly benefits the RMS Drama Club. 

Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for children and senior citizens.
