WEST ORANGE, NJ - Music Director of The Prom on Broadway Meg Zervoulis visited West Orange High School on March 24 to provide support to students during rehearsal.

"The cast was fortunate to meet and receive feedback from Meg Zervoulis, the original Music Director for The Prom on Broadway," began Vocal Music Director and Assistant Stage Director John Hellyer.

"Ms. Zervoulis is also a West Orange resident and currently the Music Director for Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club on Broadway," he added.

The guest artist visit was arranged by WOHS Music Director for The Prom, Scott Tomlin, also a music teacher in the district, who knows Ms. Zervoulis through mutual friends.

"Meg thought the students were doing a wonderful job," noted Hellyer.

"She was texting the composer and the actresses who played "Emma" and "Alyssa" from the Broadway cast and telling them how proud they'd be of our kids," he concluded.
