Stress is a part of everyday life. It is important to learn tips on how to cope with stress, how to manage IT, not let stress manage US. Middle school years are often times the hardest times in a teenagers life. Many aspects combined with hormones, social circles, online bullying and self esteem issues as well as the academic responsibilities expected of them can cause a middle school student stress.
Some techniques to relax include breathing exercises, listening to music, exercise, watching a movie or documentary or taking a nap are some ways to help relieve stress.
