My name is Franklin Urgiles. I’m so happy to be part of the West Orange Public Schools community. I’ve had the pleasure of fulfilling various roles in the education field as a family support case manager, youth development specialist, school social worker, and supervisor of special education. I’m thankful for my array of professional experiences as it has allowed me to consider different perspectives within the field of education. As the Student Assistance Counselor, I support students and staff with counseling services, social-emotional challenges, and substance awareness.
