The indoor percussion ensemble features only percussion instruments in an artistic indoor presentation. Each year the ensemble performs different pieces of music and performs at various concerts and festivals around the state.  The ensemble features a variety of percussion instruments ranging from drums, toms, and timpani, to marimbas, xylophones, and pianos.  The percussion ensemble begins rehearsing in January and continues through the spring.  Students of all grades are welcome to join. Experience from concert band or marching band is preferred but not necessary.
