• Institute for Citizen Empowerment (ICE)

The Institute for Citizen Empowerment (I.C.E.) is a small learning community that makes citizenship the central theme of the education of our students. This program is designed to help students develop the skills, knowledge, attitudes and experiences to become active and effective citizens in American society. The Institute for Citizen Empowerment will provide the opportunity for a close-knit group of students to work collaboratively with a small team of teachers and a cohort of their peers to pursue common academic interests in more nurturing, responsive and encouraging environments.
