Welcome to my page.  Let me tell you a little about myself.  I have been a Kindergarten teacher at Washington School for 23 years and I have loved every minute of it!!!   I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and have also completed my Master of Education degree in Reading.  In addition to my K-8 teaching certificate, I am also a certified Reading Specialist.  Teaching and education are a very important part of my life.  It is my belief that the early years of a child's education form the foundation for future learning.  Everything that I do as a teacher is done to form a strong foundation that will support my students in the future.  It is my mission, as an educator of young children, to build this foundation while instilling in my students a lifelong love of learning.  I look forward to building this foundation with my wonderful students this year.
