Dear Parents,

Throughout the school year your children will be working with a variety of materials in art class. Several of them will require a smock to protect their clothing. I would like to ask you to send your child in to school with a smock.

It is not necessary to purchase a smock. If you have an old shirt at home your child may use that. Please be sure to write your child’s first and last name on the smock. We will begin using paint and other materials that I would like to keep off of their clothes!
