Welcome to Mrs. Dugan's

First Grade Class!

My name is Mrs. Danielle Dugan and I will be your child's first grade teacher! I have been teaching first grade in West Orange for six years and I absolutely love what I do! There are so many things we have to look forward to this year! In my classroom my goal is for the students to learn new things, explore by using hands on manipulatives and have fun while learning! It is important that we remain in constant communication. Everyday I send home a daily newsletter that allows you to read what your child learned in each subject for the day. Our newsletter also consists of important notes/reminders, daily specials and homework assignments. If there are ever any questions please feel free to email me or call the main office and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Lets make this a GREAT year!
