• The co-curricular program at West Orange High School is an integral part of the total experience here for every student.  It affords the opportunity of participating in depth in a variety of learning experiences and human relationships, which may not be offered through the structured classroom curriculum. It helps build initiative, independence and skills.  For the teachers, it is an opportunity to learn, to know many more students than his or her daily program affords, and to relate to students in a more informal fashion than he/she might in the classroom.  There are 50+ clubs and organizations at West Orange High School.  They provide students with opportunities for active citizenship and supplement the curriculum in career exploration, interest base learning, hobbies and school/community service.
