ABOUT ME:

My name is Alyssa DeFinis and I will be your child's Kindergarten teacher this year. I have been a part of the Mt. Pleasant community for the past 10 years and I have loved every moment of it! I graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and K-6 teaching certification. I also hold a Master of Education in Inclusive Education and a K-6 Teacher of Students with Disabilities certification from Montclair State University.  It is going to be a fun year full of learning and new adventures. It is my goal as your child's teacher to help him/her discover the joy of learning. I am so excited to work with and get to know your child. Let the fun begin!
