WEST ORANGE, NJ - Roosevelt Middle School will present its annual spring musical: "Once Upon A Mattress - Youth Edition" on April 18, 19. and 20 at Roosevelt Middle School, 36 Gilbert Place, West Orange, beginning at 7:00 pm. 

"Once Upon a Mattress is based on the Hans Christian Anderson fairy tale "The Princess and the Pea." It is a humorous adaptation that tells the story of the search to find a suitable princess for Prince Dauntless, who is beset by his domineering mother, Queen Aggravain. The queen has created tests for the potential princesses that are nearly impossible to pass. Princess Winnifred arrives and quickly wins everyone over - except the queen.

Tickets will be available at the door, but it is recommended theatergoers purchase tickets in advance at rms.booktix.net: Adult tickets are $12 and students and senior citizens are $10.
