West Orange High School Bowling Team 14-0
WEST ORANGE, NJ – Amid the hype and attention that comes with winter sports like Basketball, Wrestling, and Indoor Track, the West Orange High School Bowling Team has been setting up a dynasty of their own, and they have the current 14-0 track record to prove it.
The team is in First Place in the Liberty Division of the Super Essex Conference (SEC).
“They are a talented group who love Bowling,” began Head Coach Bill Urbanski, “and they are always improving their skills by practicing as a group and competing in leagues and tournaments throughout the year.”
Freshman phenom Kieryn Knox leads the team with a game average of 190. Justin Soto follows with a 170 average, Garret Weinsteing 169, and Anthony Bollotta and Owen Murphy round out the starting five in the 140s.
The next WOHS Boys Bowling Team home game at Eagle Rock will be against Shabazz in a game beginning at 4:00 pm on Jan. 24.
