West Orange High School Art Students Carve Out a Spot in Essex County “Gardens Aglow” Event
WEST ORANGE, NJ – West Orange High School Art students were busy creating elaborate carved pumpkins for the “Gardens Aglow” Event to be held Oct. 26 at Presby Memorial Iris Gardens, 474 Upper Mountain Avenue, from 6:00 – 9:00 pm.
Art students from high schools across Essex County are donating their artwork to create a stunning display of carved botanical, floral, and Halloween-themed pumpkins that will will be lit and line the pathways of the Presby Memorial Iris Gardens.
The winning school will receive gift certificates for art supplies.
The free event is open to the public and will also feature apple cider, refreshments, a mad science show, activities, and entertainment.
