Tech Support, Chromebook Distribution (Updated 9.13.2020)

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Parents/Students who need remote technology support should complete the following form below. Once we receive your request, a member of the Technology Department will reachout to the parent/student.

In addition, students/parents who need technical assistance or a chromebook repair or possible replacement may come to WOHS on weekdays between the hours of 9:00am-3:00pm. 

Students who have not picked up a district chromebook should pick up their chromebook as soon as possible.

**PLEASE PICK UP THE CHROMEBOOK IN THE SCHOOL WHERE YOUR CHILD IS ATTENDING THIS COMING SCHOOL YEAR.

Please note: All students must present the following signed form (parent and student signature) when picking up their new chromebook:  1:1 Chromebook Agreement Form 2020-21

** DO NOT EMAIL THE AGREEMENT FORM TO THE TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT.
