Registration
Attention Parents Registering Grade K through 8As our community population continues to grow here in our township of West Orange, so too does our student enrollment, as new construction has greatly impacted our school district. For this reason, some of our K-8 classrooms may reach their maximum enrollment.
Should your neighborhood school reach grade level capacity, the district will conduct an enrollment audit, which may result in your child attending another school within the district. When reassignment becomes necessary, families will be notified directly and provided with detailed information.
The district is committed to our neighborhood school configuration and works tirelessly to ensure that space is prioritized for our neighborhood students. With this in mind, should space become available, a transfer to the home school can take place. These decisions are made carefully to maintain safe class sizes, high-quality instruction, and equitable access to resources for all students.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to accommodate our growing student population while continuing to provide the best possible educational experience for all students.
We thank you for trusting the West Orange Public Schools with educating our young community members.
